This policy explains how WoodworkerHQ handles information during the prelaunch and early-access period.
Who operates WoodworkerHQ
WoodworkerHQ is operated by ECOM MOGUL LLC. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@woodworkerhq.com.
Information we collect
When you join early access, we collect your email address and the choices you submit in the form. Depending on what you choose to provide, this can include your first name, country, woodworking persona, interests and beta-interest preference.
We may also store basic attribution information such as the landing page, referrer and campaign parameters so we can understand how people discover WoodworkerHQ.
Security and abuse prevention
We use technical controls to protect the signup process and reduce abuse. This can include rate limiting and one-way hashed identifiers. Confirmation and unsubscribe links use short-lived, security-focused browser cookies that store token hashes rather than the raw email link token.
How we use information
- To operate and secure the WoodworkerHQ early-access list.
- To confirm that an email address was intentionally submitted.
- To send requested beta, launch and early-access updates.
- To understand broad interest in WoodworkerHQ before launch.

Service providers
We use service providers for infrastructure, hosting, database services and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf as needed to operate WoodworkerHQ. We do not sell your personal information.
Email choices
Confirmation is required before an address is treated as confirmed for WoodworkerHQ early-access updates. Emails that include an unsubscribe option let you stop those updates. If you later explicitly join again, a fresh confirmation is required.
Retention
We keep early-access information for as long as reasonably needed for the prelaunch program, security, recordkeeping and honoring email preferences. Unsubscribe records may be retained as needed to avoid sending messages contrary to your choice.

We may update this policy as WoodworkerHQ develops. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
